On the afternoon of 15th April, at the merging classroom, Math Department of Junior High Division carried out teaching& research activities of both the east and the west campuses. Teacher Bai Zhaomin showcased a demonstration lesson ‘Factorization--Common Factor’.
First of all, teachers from both campuses spoke highly of this demo lesson. They agreed unanimously that the lesson embodied Bai Zhaomin’s well-deserved attainment in terms of her natural teaching manner, cordial languages as well as exquisite blackboard-writing.
Second of all, Bai Zhaomin handled appropriately the favorable teaching mechanism in combination with students’ learning actuality, comprehensive& accurate interpretation in addition to guidance on students’ contemplative faculties.
Third of all, the selective questions of this class are representative. Besides, teaching objectives are tangible and effective as well. Meanwhile, teachers pointed out the existing problems and recommended improvement approaches.
Last but not the least, Director Ling Qian with Junior High Section concluded that this lesson complied with the task leading-in principle. However, the rhythm of this class was loose at the beginning yet intense towards the end. Additionally, teacher Bai Zhaomin lay too much emphasis on attribution analysis. Director Ling’s unscrambling on teaching experience& methods made the seminar atmosphere cheerful and profound.
To sum up, this event adequately realized the aim of attending lectures, evaluating classroom teaching& jointly advancing.
